Refund policy

At Nacho Baby, we want you (and your favorite mini humans) to love your gift box! If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Returns & Refunds

Because our boxes contain curated items and consumable goods (stickers, sensory products, craft items), we accept returns only on unused, unopened items within 20 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Boxes must not be custom or personalized

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened products

  • Used items

  • Custom inserts or special-edition boxes

  • Digital items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please email us within 1 week with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)

We will send a replacement item or issue a refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be prepared for shipment.
