Processing Time

Orders ship within 2–4 business days.
During holidays or product launches, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

We currently ship via:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Every order includes tracking. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping coming soon!

Nacho Baby is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is missing:

Check with neighbors or household members
Give 24 hours in case of delayed carrier scans
Contact the shipping carrier to open a case
If you still need help, reach out — we’ll do our best to assist.

If you entered an incorrect address:

Email us within 6 hours
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
